Leah Rush conceived the idea and was the project manager for a special series of The Center for Public Integrity’s The Public i newsletter, called “State Politics & The People: From the statehouse to your house.” These newsletters repurposed completed work for a more general audience, targeting the organization’s individual membership. The series featured Q & A with concerned citizens, as well as industry experts, on topics including campaign financing, telecommunications policy and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
